We want you to love your Treehut timepiece as much as we loved crafting it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized items. Please ensure products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the watch and any accessories back into their original wooden box and secure them in a sturdy shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
